It's pretty small. Works well for the pills I need to carry. It can even fit one larger capsule shaped pill. But it's not going to fit most tablet shaped pills like ibuprofen or something.Attractive, small enough and durable enough to keep on my keychain so I always have it on me. Seems to seal well and has a small gasket, but I haven't tested it submerged in water. Definitely would be enough for just incidental exposure like holding it out in the rain maybe even the shower.

Perfect for what I needed. Very small pill case which, is hard to find. 2 necklaces is incredible for the price. Guess only thing is time will see how well it holds up (im hard on lecklaces) and just how waterproof it is. Seems like a perfect tight seal for now. Outside texture helps as lot to open when you screw it tight. Difficult to screw back on which is good, means the grooves line up precise. Comes with extra o rings too. Like other reviews, yeah could be a tiny tiny bit longer for me, but that all depends on your head size. It is a tiny bit shorter than last necklace I had that measured same length as this advertised. Less than tiny fraction, almost impossible to see, of an inch

Everything is as expected except the rubber bands which are important and sees wear and tear most easily. The product picture shows extra bands but the same was not in the delivered item.
