My first order came in broken because poor packing.I was mad because my Christmas party plan was ruined. But I got refund right away and I made second order. Seller sent it immediately and came in one piece . plus one week earlier. Now I can continue my original christmas plan. It is beautiful plates I ever own.

There was so much bad Chinese Spode Blue Italian made before Portmeirion bought the company I had no idea if this would have those issues or match the Portmeirion-made versions of my other pieces. I was happy to see the quality was first rate (not that this is particularly fine china or anything, but good everyday or in the garden china). The plates matched the other pieces perfectly in the color of the white part of the plates themselves and in the quality fo the blue transfer design (it wasn't faded, or washed out, or poorly applied).

My Spode arrived very well wrapped and all unbroken. It arrived in a very timely manner and was exactly as described. Love my Spode and this seller.

There was a drop in quality when production was moved to China, but now they're back in the UK. Happy with my purchase.

I already have a set of 24 Spode dinner plates, but over time many of them have chipped, so much so that they are now an embarrassment if we have company, so I ordered 4 new ones, so that I could throw away the worst of the worst. I like these, but wished they came in different colors other than blue. My set of 24 is black, brown, blue, and red.

Absolutely stunning plates. They are so vibrant. Classic and classy. Can’t go wrong with Spode. Great price too.

Arrived promptly in perfect condition, and well packed in a branded box - which means they make a perfect gift, too. Quality dinner plates with a bit of weight to them, exactly as you’d expect from Spode, and since It’s only four of us for Christmas this year (I usually have a small army of guests), I thought I’d treat myself to these for the big day as I’m having a blue-themed dining table. My one minor niggle is they are the standard 27cm size dinner plate, which is fine for every day use, but for Christmas Day when portion sizes usually increase, I would’ve preferred a 30cm plate. Otherwise, perfectly happy with this purchase.
