Very good heaters except the heating element is crackling. Trouble shooting it, the first thing google came up with is that is that the wall is uneven or is too tight on the wall. I have adjusted them and removed them, but the noise was persistent. I actually had to buy a thermal grease that I applied where the metal is touching the metal as it expands to stop the noise. It is really annoying specially at night time as it bangs. I have a few dotted around the house and all of them have the bangs/crackles, so is definitely a design flaw.

I bought 2 radiators from this company. The bigger of the 2 units had an obvious manufacturing error. The bracket that comes with the units should easily be removed from the back of the radiator so that fitting the radiator to the bracket and later removing it should be relatively simple. This was not the case! I had to force the bracket off the radiator in the first place as the hole that it was inserted into was too small so the release mechanism didn’t work. On the other radiator this was fine. I managed to get this fitted to the wall but I know that if this radiator ever fails that I will have to rip the radiator and bracket off the wall as the normal release mechanism does not work. If I did have the 2nd radiator for comparison purposes then I wouldn’t have realised the problem with the first one. Disappointing!

Looks nice and ideal for a small bedroom, but the first one I received showed an error on the control panel on installation.Got a replacement sorted quite easily through Amazon, but the second one had exactly the same fault (Err showing on control panel).Contacted Stieble Support who told me to take it apart and check the connections were tight (they were) which suggests there is a known issue with them or a faulty batch out there.Would be fine if you can find a working one!

The heater is extremely good quality and very easy to install (just need a 13amp plug as one is not supplied but this is made clear in the description). Programming can take a bit of getting used to, but there are some videos on YouTube that actually talk you through it step by step if you get stuck. The heater is in a utility room and warms the room up extremely quickly. It does make a clicking noise occasionally as some of the previous reviews have mentioned, but nothing that would put me off buying more in the future. For the price, this is an excellent heater.
