You get what you pay for
t it has the yeasty taste but I haven't seen any orange or lemon peel. I bought it because I was on my own and the other single ones were too large, and the set of 5 smaller ones also more than I wanted to pay.I should have paid more as this was disappointing. Value for money has to be 4 star as if you don't want or mind not having the full traditional quantity of peel in the recipe it's good value. I should have paid more. (It is quite large for one and some could be used to make 'eggy toast' and sprinkle it with sugar.
