Inositol Powder - 8 oz (227 Grams) by NOW

This powder has a slightly sweet but not offensive taste. Mixed in water, juice or almost anything my daughter , who has ASD and is very picky will drink it with no problem. Safe up to 18 grams per day but we saw good results with just 1000 mg. Did cause gas but no discomfort and we used gas X meds to help with that. Helps so much with anxiety that I use it too. Also choline seems to work synergistically with inositol, try google scholar for more studies on this before making your own decision. It has been used since the 1980’s with autistic people with excellent results.
