Don't waste your money on other muscle rubs. They will not work as great as this salve. Dr recommended to me and and it is a pain savor for my neck and back and knees. Great price for these 4 tube's. Can't go wrong. .

Love that this capsaicin is a low %. There is a very warm feeling, but not burning. I use disposable gloves to put product on at night. This helps me stay asleep all night. The more you use it the less warmth you feel. Also capsaicin reduces the neurotransmitter "substance P" which ramps up pain signals in the brain. (look it up!). So using this regularly will reduce your pain over time. Really be careful handling capsaicin--it definitely stings in eyes and mouth. (why I use gloves). BTW do NOT use a heating pad while capsaicin is on your skin, even if it was from overnight. It takes a little more effort to use a capsaicin product, but I have found it worthwhile.

This cream definitely made me feel the burn in a good way. Once it activated I felt it for a while. Only qualms was that I feel like I felt it more the next day, after it absorbed into the skin than I did after applying.

This item does not work for me, it burns. And I cannot return it.

Giving three stars because the product is what it says it is, but I can't use it. The veterinarian recommended getting a product like this to stop her chewing on her leg, though the vet didn't suggest a particular brand. I tested it on my hand, and my hand blistered so I didn't use it on the dog. It wasn't an allergic reaction-- more like a hot water burn. If you have very tough skin it could be a product that meets your needs.

Works on my sore spots!
