The media could not be loaded. I read most of the reviews before I buy this 4” topper infused with lavender scents! Most of the complaints from other buyers feels like that mayb some misunderstanding! At first I thought it’s $115 topper. And WOW when I placed my order at checkout they offered $20 off, I was so happy!Complaints from other buyers1. People complain about that once they took it out, the topper cracked already? It’s most likely they forced to pull open the folded unexpanded topper open and tore it apart! My advice would be just taking the plastic package off and let it breath dun even try to spread it open! The “READ BEFORE OPENING” stated so clearly that toppers need 48 hours for expansion! Just take off the package and leave it alone!2. The topper breaks in the long run? Actually, I got the similar cooling topper from another company for a higher price, it still got the same problem. So this time, I placed a separate order of a waterproof mattress encasement with a zipper, so I can put my mattress and topper in that case to decrease the friction between Mattress, topper and sheets! These covers also protect against allergens, dust mites, bacteria, perspiration, urine and fluids. That would be a good investment, I guess!3. The lavender scents too strong? Same magic can fix this problem! Put the mattress encasement on the topper and mattress so the scent won’t be too strong! And it would come out slowly and last longer!4. Back pain getting worse after using this topper? Mattress can’t help all kinds of back pain.... I’m a massage therapist, I worked at chiropractic doctor office b4, I can tell you that different type of back pain needs a different style of mattress & pillows. But to me, I got tight shoulders, numbing hand problems, so this mattress is soft enough to help me not to compress my shoulder while I’m sleeping on the sideline! If you have questions for the firmness of the topper/mattress, I believe the customer service staffs of this company would willing to answer and suggest the right one for u!5. The mattress Absorbs heats and it’s hot? Actually, this company is not promoting the Mattress can cool you down, they just compare it to the old style foam topper/mattress say this one is cooler THAN the old fashioned one! If you really need cooling effects I would suggest u to buy the cooling gel infused one!I love Lucid products, I got 2 mattresses and one topper over the last couple years from them! They are not the top line not the best quality! But These are greater valued products with the affordable price!And yes, as you can see I was bored while I’m waiting for my topper to expand That’s why I’m writing a long-axx review for everyone!Hmmm My topper expanded to the fullest within one hour, it’s time to go!Hopes this review is helpful to other shoppers!LUCID, I really think u should offer me some discount again next time since I’m a loyal customer! I purchased the queen sized lavender 3" topper for reference.I bought this item to go on top of our more firm memory foam camper mattress. It is very soft and if it is placed on a hard mattress you may be able to feel the harder mattress below over time, but this topper is still incredible. I also used this on my everyday sleeping mattress and it was a dream! So, I am going to buy another one for my room now.DO NOT force the topper open, let it expand on its own time. If you force it open before it starts to fluff up you may damage the topper, rips in the seams etc.. Mine took about 45 minutes to fluff up before I laid it flat. I put it on my bed and walked away and came back to the room about 45 minutes later and it looked fluffed up. That's when I laid it flat and I let it lay out on my bed all day, that night, and the next day before sleeping on it as well. I used it on my bed for one night before I moved it from inside my house to my camper and put it on the bed, put a mattress protector over it and then put my regular sheets on the bed.I moved it into my camper and put it on my memory foam mattress that is rather firm. This topper isn't very dense so you will pretty much feel the softness immediately when you lay down on it and your body will make an impression. I am 130#'s and my husband is 180#'s, we both slept very well on it during the month we used it out on our adventures. My husband absolutely loves this topper and wants another one for our bedroom. I had a traumatic back injury 10 years ago and I also agree to how comfortable this topper can make your bed. I did feel that after about 8 hours of laying on it during the night (I am a side sleeper) I could feel the mattress below it, but I also think this is because we have an old firm memory foam mattress in our camper. I knew when I purchased it that it wouldn't alleviate that, but I was hoping it would help make it more comfortable and I was right! When I used it in my bedroom I didn't feel the mattress below and I slept in for the first time in years! I'm so happy with my purchase that I am purchasing a second one!PROS: I really like the smell of the topper, it is pretty strong when you first open it, but it goes away within a couple of hours. Now I only smell it if my face is by the topper and it is a very pleasant smell. It helps firmer mattresses become softer and more comfortable. It is a dream on my bedroom mattress that is a hybrid (springs and memory foam on top). It is light weight and I can move it around to different beds if I want by myself. It is exactly the size of my queen mattresses, the same thickness all over, and I didn't have any issues with it moving around and I think this is because I put my mattress protector over it and then my sheets.CONS: The wait for it to be useable is hard because I am an impatient person. It did move around on the bed until I put it under my mattress protector. The smell is pretty strong when you first open the box, but it dissipates in a few hours time. Not sure if this is 100% the toppers fault, but I feel like it makes me sleep hotter during the night and I like to sleep on the cooler side. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to add some extra comfort to their mattress whether it is new or used.

I normally don’t take the time to write a review but I figured if it helps ONE person, it’s worth it. When first opening, I was super concerned. It was deformed and thin and didn’t appear to be expanding. After looking at some reviews, I saw a gal mention massaging the topper to expedite the process. I tried it and it immediately started to do what it was supposed to. The more I gently massaged, the more it expanded. It eventually expanded to its intended size and shape. After about 10 minutes, it was completely ready. I slept on it after 6 hours. I use it for a topper on my son’s floor bed. I haven’t gotten the frame yet so it’s just the mattress on a bunkie board. It was super uncomfortable before but after adding this topper it’s night and day! It’s incredibly comfy and the lavender scent is nice! It reminds me of lavender essential oil.All of this to say, if you open yours and it looks like it may have been packaged too small or for too long and you think there’s NO WAY it’ll look like it’s supposed to… don’t panic like I did… MASSAGE IT! :)I recommend and would buy again! I attached pictures. One is immediately after opening and the other is 10 min after massaging it.
