Love Kat Von D makeup!
Love this! Refillable and I love this brand in general. I don't use anything else except Ulta branded makeup. Lol I'm cheap unless it comes to the Kat Von D.

Broken and unusable
Item arrived completely damaged and destroyed. It made a complete mess when I opened the box and took the product out, powder spilled all over my floors. This was a waste as most of the powder is gone and is now unusable. I was unable to send it back in time to get a refund, such a waste of time and money. Do not recommend.

be sure and let the shippers know to pack the merchandise well to prevent damage
After 4 attempts, I was finally delivered a great product because I informed the shipper to pack the merchandise properly with cushion.

Arrived Broken for the Second Time
If I could give this no stars I would. I bought this product the first time and it came broken. I figured you know it happens so I didn't write a review and just ordered it again and expected it to be fine. Nope it came broken again. It's amazing how I buy makeup shipped to me from Sephora but I have received a broken product twice. Do not buy!
