Exactly what I needed to make better use of a small space under my bathroom vanity cabinet. I now get about 3 times as much in the cabinet than previously and everything is easy to access. Simple install (read the instructions). I had NOT noticed in the online picture that the bottom shelf has permanent dividers but they actually prevent taller items from falling over when pulling out the drawer so I like this feature as well. Smooth action, sturdy - use all 8 screws.

I have a lower cabinet between my washer and the wall that opening measured 28"H x10"W x23 3/4" D with a door closing clasp on the bottom. This ClosetMaid 32105 Premium Wide 3-Tier Compact Kitchen Cabinet Pull-Out Basket, 8.75-Inch fit perfectly clearing the door clasp (about 3/4") and still had room in the back to store rarly used small lunch pale. It would be even more convenient if it wasn't against the wall to access one of the baskets but I do not have that luxury. If you had access to both sides, it would be an even better solution. The basket on the right side (as pictured) is not adjustable, but I inserted some items for the pictures to give you a sense of size. The paper plates on the top shelf are 9" round if you are considering lids for pots it would accomodate that size. It slides/glides smoothly. As you can see in the pictures, the wire compartments on the bottom work perfectly for certain size boxes of plastic storage bags which is really what sold me on this unit.

There was no template included. I was left to install it by trial and error, and fortunately there were additional holes for screws on each side, and I was able to make it work on the second attempt. It would have been EASY to install if the template had been included. The easy close guides created movement problems with the rack, and after reading another review, I was able to determine what my problem was. Now that the easy guides are turned off, it works great. This is great for the storage use of the cabinet and allows easy visibility and access to what is stored on this rack.

This is a high quality product that installs beautifully. I love it!

Pros:1. It was easy to install and the ability to reverse the orientation worked very well for us.2. The frame allowed for replacing the plastic can with a larger paper recycling bin, thus increasing the capacity. The side indentations in the original can don't seem to serve any useful purpose, other than reducing the capacity.3. It is very sturdy.Cons.1. One of the sliders was partially stuck and it took a lot of effort to slide it out. After some tries, the spring mechanism broke and allowed it to slide freely. Of course, the smooth closing feature was lost but I was not about to remove it and send it back for replacement. It's less than optimal, but it works OK.2. A pulling handle would have been a good part of the design. I worked around this by attaching a plastic and wire package carrying handle with two nylon tie backs and that solves the issue.All in all, it was the right size for our needs and it does the job. The need for better workmanship in the spring mechanism of the sliders is the main deficiency we found.

This is a reasonably good quality product for the cost. Basket is sturdy enough for my purposes. It’s tall and thin but the baskets feel sturdy when you tug it out. Glides well. Thick metal bases and 8 screws. Should last a pretty long time if not abused.One review commented on the stupidity of the basket compartment design. I challenge it just depends on your intended use. The way Im using the storage organizer, I desire/benefit from the design. See pic for illustration.

This organizer fit perfectly in my cabinet. It's well made and slides easily. It wasn't difficult to install but being a tight it was a bit tricky. It works great for me. Highly recommended. Just measure carefully to ensure it fits!

Install was difficult, since the rails were separate from the unit. I ended up putting the unit together, then reaching inside and installing the screws. The flimsy "template" was useless. Why couldn't they just have provided 2 strips of metal that connected the front and back???The trash can is not sturdy-looking. It is such thin plastic that it required depressions in the sides. Then the trash can is more likely to harbor dirt and debris.The worst feature is -- as others have mentioned -- it is very difficult to pull the unit open. Something is definitely wrong with the slide hardware. You have to tug hard to get it started. Then it jerks forward. I think the problem may lie in the plastic locks at the front. I know the rails are plumb to each other. I measured them after install and they are perfect. Also, I took the frame off (thank goodness I didn't crimp the clips like they instructed!) and tried pulling on each rail separately. They are just plain stuck.An email to customer service at Closet Maid replied, "please note that the soft close mechanism will loosen as the glide grease continues to be worked upon using them. We appreciate your patience. " Say, what?Update: The soft close mechanism never did loosen. This is just plain an aggravating design problem. I ended up destroying the plastic inserts that are the "soft close mechanism". Too bad, Closet Maid. I will never buy another product you make.
