This gluten free bread has a nice taste, and holds together well. It can be a little dry, if left out, but toasts nicely and makes a wonderful GF stuffing!

Love the bread. Expensive but worth it

Ouch -- Great value for the money, sticky, hard, sandpaper dry, falls apart, very few raisins, perhaps five tiny raisins per slice, no taste; although overall appearance of slices looked great, but there appear to be no clue in taste that this bread contained cinnamon / raisin included. The taste is of doughy stuck together slices that did not taste or deliver as was described; will I purchase this item again, no I would not, as a matter of fact, I could not even give them away -- Thanks for asking / have a nice today, but hopefully not sticky!

We always loved Canyon Cinnamon Raison. About 9 months ago, we started having difficulty finding it. Then it was totally gone. We were desperate. No explanations. We tried other brands, but they werent good. This one is a very good replacement for the one we really loved. Since we are both Gluten Free, thisis our breakfast every morning. Pricey, but does the trick. Only problem is the shipping. Took 10 days to receive a frozen product. Wonder if it is even edible after spending 5 days in warehouses in the Florida heat?

Taste is excellent; I lightly toasted it and tried it without toppings, so the actual bread flavor.Texture: I like firm bread that is chewy and hearty and actually filling, like European style breads. This bread actually fits that bill.The 16 slices keep their shape and do not crumble or fall apart.Quality ingredients from the info.Size: it is a smaller 16 slice loaf, but since no preservatives are used and it needs to be refrigerated, that is probably a positive. I took 6 slices off to defrost and put the rest back.The only negative is the price: $10+ per loaf. But if you compare to other gluten free loaves none sell for under $10 a loaf and they do not have as great a rating as these loaves.So I will need to wait and see how my digestive system responds, to know if it is worth making this my default bread.So far I am really pleased.

Cinnamon Raisin is good toasted, but Seeds & Grains is awful; texture is like cardboard.

I’ve tried numerous gluten-free breads but this is by far my favorite. I love the texture and the taste of the seeds. It’s filling but light. No other bread comes close.
