NOT FOR BUILDING MUSCLE (PROTEIN SYNTHESIS)
l-ornithine is non-proteinogenic. Simply put, THE HUMAN BODY CANNOT use it to synthesis protein and build muscle. I don't know why this product makes that claim when ornithine is ACTUALLY fantastic for liver health if you take many supplements and/or PED's. In fact, it helps you eliminate toxins through your urine. Sell it for that. But claiming it "may" help build muscle when I promise they know better, should make you wonder about the purity and quality of this product.

Headaches!
This supplement gave me a migraine! Tried it four times and each time either a bad headache or Migraine. Beware

Bought them for my diatomaceous earth detox
I got them to help clear out the toxins from my DE Detox. I haven't actually tried them yet as I haven't had any negative side effects from the DE (been taking the DE for about 4 days now). I'll probably try them out soon so they can help boost the elimination process.
