This lotions warmer does what it is supposed to.
I bought the warmer for my wife. She says she likes the warmth of the lotions and oils that she heats up in it. One of the lotions thinned out when heated and became more like an oil. We have had other lotion warmers in the past and none could hold a candle to this one. The versatility of using different slip in bottles and heating the product quickly makes this warmer stand out. I would definitely recommend this product over any others we have had. The only thing it lacks is a variable heat setting. It is just on or off.

Works perfectly.
Perfect. I use it in my massage therapy practice. True, the lotion in the tube does not warm up, but I get enough pumps with each handful that it mixes to the perfect temperature. Yes, there was a rattling sound when I received it but it doesn't impact the functionality. Does the job. And Anerican plug. My clients are happy.

Really great item!
Warms up lotion really well in about 20 mins. I do wish it got just a tad bit hotter but still much better than cold lotion, especially when you're treating a fresh tattoo! I also wish the light would stay on constant so you can easily tell it's warming to make sure you don't accidently leave it on. The bottle comes right on out so you can easily take it where you need.

I Really Wanted It To Work, So Disappointed!!!!
I really, really wanted this to work. I am a lover of coconut oil on freshly showered skin, but during the winter, the oil is solid due to the cold air and hard to use as a body moisturizer. I thought an oil warmer should help but there were very limited options. I choose this one due to its positive reviews and that it came with the bottle. It was expensive, especially considering it was for personal use and would really only be used a few months out of the year but I took the plunge and paid over $50, even against my husbands hesitance due to the cost.Fast forward to receiving the bottle, only for me to see that the opening is very small and you can't get firm oil inside the bottle without making a major mess. So after several microwave runs to get it in liquid form, I was finally able to fill the bottle. The 1st evening I plugged it in, turned it on, took a shower, came out and the oil was so warm. I even rubbed the warm oil on my husband and said, "Yeah, this is a keeper".Then it all went downhill from there. Since then I cannot keep the warmer on. I plug it in, turn it on, jump in the shower, only to come out with the warmer turned off, the GFCI clicked off and most of the oil still a solid clump. Even though some of the oil was liquid from getting heated up prior to the GFCI being triggered, I couldn't pump any of it out because the tube that sticks down into the bottle to bring the oil up was stuck in a solid lump.I've moved the unit to several different locations, got in the shower and the exact same thing happened again and again. I'm not taking 40 minute showers, this is less than 10 minutes, while the instructions indicate within 20 minutes the oil will be warmed, in less then 10 minutes the unit is shutting off.My husband said it could be that it was made in another country so it doesn't work with our outlets, but regardless of the issue, I've given it a week, used different outlets both with GFCI and without and it will not stay on for longer then approx 10 minutes and sometimes often way less then that. The oil has never gotten completely melted, even though, after manually dumping the portion that did liquify in my hands to use it (not warm, just liquid) and the bottle was mostly empty, it just won't melt it enough to even really use the pump.I am returning it and will not be buying a replacement since all the other products are pretty similar to this one.

It gets hot
I purchased this bottle warmer on 3/17/17 and today is 4/11/19. Based upon others' reviews about how hot it gets and melts the plastic bottle that comes with it, I also purchased some aluminum bottles. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Q5OILDS/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I'm a massage therapist, and use it to melt the coconut oil I use during my sessions. I found early on that, once the oil is melted, if left in the warmer, it will begin to melt the straw that's attached to the pump (both are plastic; I couldn't find metal straws or pump assemblies), so it gets hot. So, I take out the pump when heating the oil, and leave a small metal covering over the hole to keep out dust, etc. This way, I can leave the oil in the warmer until I'm ready to use it without worrying about the wrong things melting.I give it 4 stars because it has lasted me over 2 years, but not 5 stars, because of the excessive heat, which I am dealing with, in my own way. Would I recommend it? Yes, if you don't use anything plastic in it. They should just provide a metal or glass bottle, with no plastic straw, rather than the plastic bottle. If they did that, definitely, I'd give it 5 stars.
