Really good harness
This is the second harness I have purchased. Replaced the old one as it was starting to show signs of wear after three years. My dog is a 120lbs Akita that wears this harness for daily long walks as well as frequent camping, backpacking, and fishing trips so I consider three years to be a durable product, especially compared to other harnesses that I have used on this and other Akitas in the past. The harness fits well and is adjustable for a large chested dog. It is easy to control the dog when needed and doesn’t harm him by putting pressure where it shouldn’t such as around the neck or stomach. These are really good, durable, well made harnesses.

Great Harness for large reactive dog
Great harness for large reactive dog, the fit and added security makes it easier and safer for me and my dog. I feel like the straps stay put and do not compress her throat like some other harnesses do.

Great value. Durable and reliable.
This is hands-down the best medium to heavy duty vest on the market. My dog is blind and we bought those patches separately. I especially value the handle on top of the vest. Being blind, my Golden Retriever is hesitant when getting out of the car or going down large drops. She needs to be able to reach down and touch the next landing to be comfortable. I've taken to using the handle to hold her up when getting down from the car. She's now comfortable with this procedure. I could not do that without the strong handle and heavy duty construction. One concern is that the patches from EzyDog were a bit bigger than the spot on the vest. This results in the patch sometimes scratching my leg when walking her. I'm not deducting stars because it is a function of the path and I'm not blaming the vest. The vest is super easy to get on my dog. It was easily adjusted to her size and reliably holds its size over time. The reflective strips are a nice touch for evening walks. The heavy duty D-Ring on the top is excellent quality. I use it in the car to secure her with a seatbelt attachment (bought separately). Having this option keeps my pup safe in the car and prevents her from butting into the front seat area while we're in a moving car.I'll often take her to the office with me for the day and leave the vest on all day. The vest appears comfortable for her and she can wear it all day without complaint.

Definitely helps control
I have an 11 month-old, 55 lbs. Olde English Bulldog. As you can see from the photos, she’s also wearing the EZYDOG wide collar, Large. Although her girth measurement is 27.5 (b/w a M and L), I opted for the L harness b/c she may not tet be done growing. On the collar and the harness, I removed the labels because she looks better without them. She likes to wear the harness well enough, and she looks rather badass while doing so.I deducted a star for 2 reasons: the side patches and the digging shoulder fit. I replaced the EZY patched with a plain patch the company sells on Amazon for $9. I didn’t want any with words b/c they are painted on pleather, and the painting comes off/smudges if your dog’s sides come into contact with too much. My dog walks rubbing her sides against the walls sometimes. With respect to the shoulders, the cut of the harness sort of digs into her shoulder blades. It doesn’t prevent range of motion, but I’ve only just received the harness and don’t know if it will rub too much. It needs more padding at this point - it is very hard.I like the EZYDOG quality of collars, so I trust their harnesses as well. We have been using the EZY harness with the chest plate, which is functional, but my dog is a very strong puller, so it’s not really helpful at this point.I actually was interested in this harness because her puppy enthusiasm is getting to be a bit much, and we need a way to grab her without pulling on a collar. She has a very long body and can now see over the countertops, so we need a way to quickly get her down before she grabs something. For this, it is a perfect harness. She is also VERY strong. The body weight is evenly distributed, so I don’t fear hurting her when I hokd her back. I can get a quick grip in her without so much effort now. Until I can get her better trained with voice commands, this will be her daily outfit all day long.I can’t tell if this will help with her pulling when we walk in the long-term, but it helps somewhat for now.It does generate warmth under the top part. I live in SoCal, so I doubt I can use this in the summer when it reaches 100. For winter, at 65-80 degrees, it doesn’t seem to bother her.
