Our cards have small dots that mark where you can punch the cards for either landscape or portrait orientations. The matching internal and external numbers mean that the numbers printed on our cards match the internal code that has been programmed to the card. I hope that helps. Thanks!

Q: Are those compitible with 13.56M?
