Prime-Line P 7563 Screen Retainer Spline, 0.140 In. (9/64 In.), 250 foot, Black (1 Roll)

I always sent my screens to be done professionally. I decided to give this a shot. I was surprised at how easy it was to do myself, and the screens are nice and tight. Don't hesitate to do this task yourself.

I have found at hardware stores they often have the two sizes on either side of this spline. I found one too small which won't hold the screen in place and one too large causing a real struggle to install. This product is the perfect size for screens and screen doors. Very pleased

I have never changed screens before but after watching a YouTube video and purchasing this great product I change out every screen in my home in one day!

"Great quality for a great price. The spline came in one continuous 250' roll. Not in smaller rolls adding up to 250' like other sellers. This allows for a lot less waste of the product. The spline is a nice, thick material, barely collapsible at all. It is hollow in the center, but the walls are thick. Easy to install for beginners."

I recommend you contact the screen frame manufacturer you plan on purchasing before purchasing the spline. I bought my frames at Home Depot, contacted the manufacturer and they recommended this size. Very happy with the final results and this spool has plenty for rescreening in the future. Much cheaper than the options at home Depot and home Depot didn't have this size recommend by frame manufacturer.

Very easy to use and you get plenty for the price! Don't over think it get it!Our spline opening was 1/8 and .140 worked great for me.
