Q: Is this a great product?

I fancy giving my missus a bit of a surprise before she gets home, but this product is utter rubbish. Instead of cutting through my hair, it's just yanking it out by the roots and to top it off, it's left me with some nasty nicks. I've got three deep scratches on my groin now, of all places.

Q: what warranty does it come with?

There is no mention of a warranty in the manual. So, I'm not sure.

Once clipped in properly it's very secure the only thing is it's quite easy to hit the on/off button could be in a better place.
