Item got dispatched immediately after order. Received in proper packaging. No outer or inner damage. All the parts and attachments and charging cable were separately packed and present. No items were missing. Surprising part was the travel pouch which can hold all these items as well as regular toothbrush toothpaste.During this initial review tried couple of times, it's very effective. Multiple modes are available to controll the water speed. Multiple accessories for cleaning between teeth, tongue cleaner, brush with flowing water are really useful. Even though small battery and small product size, water speed is amazing and can clean up and food particle got stuck between teeth. Because of the shape it's very handy and easy to use. It came with battery charged. Used couple of times now not required to charge yet. Will keep monitoring the battery life.Overall this product is a really good addition to the oral hygiene. Definitely recommended.
