Amazing bass for all in one.
This really has changed the way I listen to music. I have gone from listening to music on headphones to listening to it through the speaker. Great bass for the money and the neatness of an all in one is nice. And the Bluetooth function means it's versatile. Would be good at parties (not water proof).

Not compatible with Alexa.
Soundbar very good and an improvement on my LG TV sound. Only problem is that it will not pair with my Alexa Echo Show, which is disappointing as Amazon is my main source of music and I was looking forward to playing it through the soundbar.

Fantastic value
This LG sound bar is perfect for the task I bought it for. I bought it to go with my brand-new LG gaming TV which I use with my Xbox X. It makes games fully immersive with Sounds that surround you.

Good aesthetics but sound hit and miss
Purchased as some content and reviews online had noted this for dialogue clarity.Chose this over others in the price range due to the aesthetics of the wood ends to appease my partner so on that front has done the job. There is a general improvement to the sound compared to the TV (also LG) speakers however as much as there can be an improvement to dialogue on some programmes/films/channels/apps it is not comprehensive and still requires an element of over elevated volume to achieve. Some of the improvements come from the fact they are front firing speakers compared to the TVs down firing speakers. Also wall mounted under TV.There isn't specific setting for dialogue clarity so it's hit and miss changing the limited options. You can hear the difference, even if only marginally as you flick through them but as noted, none specially designed to improve dialogue, if there is, it's more by chance which is disappointing. The display (a set of limited LEDs) to identify what you are set on or changing when using remote is poor. A better system should have been thought of.When using the app, it automatically disconnects the TV when connecting via bluetooth which is a pain when you only want to use the app instead of the remote. Lack of thought there too.App has better function than the remote/led system to know what you are doing or setting it to visually but is still basic due to the limitations of the soundbar. There is an additional benefit of the app in that you can change the bass on the sub and the bass and treble on the other speakers. After a couple of adjustments I've made you can hear the marginal differences but even tweaking these are not enough to made a great deal of difference to dialogue clarity.I'd probably buy another soundbar that is more specicif to dialogue clarity at the sacrifice of the wood end aesthics and maybe use this for pc/Xbox connectivity. This is for the bedroom TV so no real need for the Bluetooth other than to connect for using as remote, but we did test out Spotify (which is low quality as it is) and it was reasonable for the purpose. Tried listening to some podcasts via the phone, tablet and Alexa connected to it and again it's ok but have to have it a little higher than you may want, especially at night for the dialogue clarity, which given the podcasts are already dialogue orientated that's not great thing to have to remark. What ever I am doing it seems the ideal volume for the overall time of day, program/channel etc is just that little too low, but the next notch up is too high. From what I have found the AI setting is the best of the options for dialogue clarity but it feels like the setting is constantly changing in the background on it as dialoque from one person in a scene can be clear but another not so and lower volume. It's like it's constantly moving the setting, not finding the right one and leaving it or relegate it to the spare room TV. To add, this is for an older LG TV probably circa 2019/20, our newer LG in the lounge is much better with sound so haven't needed additional sound options.

Incredible
Incredible sound and also look fantastic. The size is really nice not too big. Very easy to set up and has a few different ways to do this. I love the gray material over it as it makes it look a lot nicer than the black boring ones you see everywhere

Sound
Works great with my LG TV. Choice of Bluetooth connection or hard wire with hdmi which is how I prefer to use it.

Poor product made worse by poor Amazon service
The sound-bar did not meet expectations based on other reviews.Connection was made in line with the instruction manual to my LG TV. At first I thought the speaker was not working, but on closer inspection, it was, but the output was no better than the TV, meaning that it was not possible to notice it was switched on.I installed the App and tried adjusting settings, but couldn't really notice any improvement.Another problem came when using my DVD player. The player was connected to the soundbar but via HDMI but the soundbar does not auto detect an input, therefore you need to scroll through inputs with the remote and as an added issue my DVD does not default to HDMI output, so everytime you switch on you need to go into DVD settings to change output to HDMI.I decided to return the soundbar, and this is where the headache really starts. The only option for return was Hermes (which instantly filled me with dread). The parcel was taken to a Hermes drop off location, and a receipt given with a tracking number. Three days later Amazon status is telling me I still need to post the speaker and both tracking numbers are coming up as invalid.I have spent nearly an hour on the Amazon online chat trying to find out why the tracking numbers are invalid, and explaining that I have returned the speaker (including emailing copies of the receipt from the drop shop) but basically got nowhere, and in the end the chat was unexpectedly finished by the Amazon representative without a resolution.Amazon really need to sort out their returns process, or more to the point use a more reliable returns process. Amazon vans must pass my house numerous times per day, why can't Prime customers return items through the reliable Prime delivery drivers.I would not recommend this product and until Amazon improves its returns process I would not recommend purchasing products of this value from Amazon unless you are 100% certain that you will not need to return it.
