After taking some time off the gym, I thought these would help give me a bit more of a push and help with workouts at the end of the day when I might be lacking energy.These worked as expected. They kick-in roughly 30 minutes after taking them and found that I had more than enough energy to get through the various classes and have more energy to lift heavier for longer.There was no immediate drop off from them either. I gradually found my energy levels reducing enough that I could still go to bed at my usual time.

These do have an immediate effect and keep you feeling alert and energetic throughout the day. I found myself talking too much though, so be careful if you are prone to being over-excitable.

I've been using this pre-workout for a few weeks, and I think it's better than nothing but not as good as classic powder.Compared to not taking anything I think it gives just slightly more energy, but nothing compared to other pre-workouts.I believe it's quite expensive for the results, but perhaps could be worth for those who find normal pre-workouts way too strong.

The capsules are about 2cm in size so they are quite large but easy enough to take with water. They have very little taste or smell.There is a months supply in the reseable bag.Normally I would take a pre workout before my session but these recommended taking in the morning, I tried that and found that I did have slightly higher energy levels during the morning but if I worked out later in the day it obviously had no effect so might be worth planning the session in earlier for more effect.I think the price is reasonable for a whole month's supply.These are definitely not the strongest pre workouts but I do get slightly higher energy levels.

Really impressed with the ingredients and the simplicity of adding this to my morning routine on those days where you just can't quite wake up prior to the gym. I found these a great addition and just having them on hand has really helped my motivation in overcoming morning fatigue to get myself to the gym. Once at the gym I felt much better about working out and felt driven to work harder and for longer. Great product in simple capsule form with no aftertaste.

These come supplied in a handy, re-sealable pouch.The capsules are quite large, but easy to take with water.They have no discernible taste or smell. They have no after taste either.You get a months supply and are required to take two capsules with your first meal of the day.For me a pre-work supplement is what I take just before I actually work out. So taking capsules in the early morning when I may be working out in the evening just doesn't seem right.In practice though (and I've been taking these for over two weeks) I have noticed no real difference in my work out energy. So it is likely a decent substitute for powders and shakes.That said, I MUCH prefer mixing a shake to have before working out, it's the comfort of having something filling inside I think. I guess I could do both... but why the extra expense when the shakes work fine?As a stand alone supplement they are useful, but for me, I wouldn't use them as a PRE-workout supplement.

I have taken a range of pre workout supplements over the years. These differ from others by including a large amount of Vitamin B12 with each serving. This may be problematic if a multi vitamin B supplement is frequently taken which already contains B12. But with any supplement, it is paramount to check the ingredients to avoid potential issues of double dosing.The current price of £6.99 seems reasonable for taking these for twenty days. This is at the maximum serving size of three capsules. A larger sized quantity is available and works out at better value for money. Of course a lower dose could be taken for an energy boost as and when it is needed, or if only one or two capsules can only be tolerated.Apart from the Vitamin B12, the other active ingredients are regularly found in energy boosting/pre workout supplements. Although quantities will vary.I have used several supplement products from this brand in the past. The quality and performance has been good. I have not experienced any jitters, agitation, or headaches from taking this supplement. Nor have I felt overwhelmed with additional energy. Only an increased concentration and it has considerable helped me to power through weightlifting workouts. I suppose the extra energy has been stored and released when needed. It just hasn't felt like I have had an abundance to utilise. Which is rather good.I am pleased with the performance this product provides me with.Has a batch number and an expiry date of 01/2027 on the pouch. Ordered and received during November 2024.The pouch is resealable and the top initially has to be torn away to access its contents.
