I've been taking the True Grace One Daily Women's Probiotic for a while now, and I have mixed feelings. On the plus side, I appreciate that it doesn't require refrigeration, making it easy to store and travel with. Each capsule packs a punch with 90 billion CFU, and I like that it can be taken on an empty stomach.However, the price point is steep at $1.15 per capsule, which is a significant investment for a daily supplement. Unfortunately, despite consistent use, I haven't noticed any tangible differences in my digestive, vaginal, or immune health. While I trust the organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free formula, the lack of noticeable benefits makes it hard to justify the cost.

Ok, I have tried multiple brands and kinds of probiotics. None have worked as effectively or as quickly as this one! I take the Women’s Daily Probiotic. Doing Keto is great, except for the constipation that comes with eating so much cheese! This probiotic has helped dramatically in easing the bloat and feeling backed up. I noticed a difference in the first few days of taking it! My guts feel like they are just processing and digesting food better. My energy is also been higher and more sustained.I am a hard skeptic on most products but this really followed through on everything. It not only has the pre-biotics (food for the probiotics) which all pro-biotics need to continue doing their jobs, but also has a vegan capsule that is designed to break down more slowly so that the majority of the flora is deposited in your guts!! A lot of regular brand’s flora is killed off by the stomach’s strong acids.After a week of taking the product, I wanted to “test” it, by not taking it for 5 days to see if I noticed a difference. I ABSOLUTELY noticed a difference!! I went right back to feeling bloated and backed up, foggy, with lower energy. I went back on it and it all alleviated itself within another couple of days. I am so so so happy with this product!!!!

I love how this probiotic makes me feel throughout the day. I don’t have an upset stomach when I take it each morning or have any weird side effects like I would with other probiotics. If you are looking for a new probiotic or you are interested in trying out a probiotic, I would highly recommend True Grace! :) also I LOVE how the capsules are see through so you don’t have to guess as to what might be inside of the pill! A very nice little touch to the product.

FIrst off, at $69 for 60 capsules, it's a bit pricey, but the promising blend of 12 DNA-verified probiotic cultures was encouraging.I like its thoughtful formulation -- organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, with acacia prebiotic fiber, known for being gentle on the stomach. I like the "DR caps" that promise to protect them from stomach acid, ensuring they reach the intestinal tract alive.The reviews seem to be mixed -- some claiming amazing results (re: energy and bloating) while others didn't observe significant benefits, making it hard to justify the cost. I can relate to both perspectives.It IS expensive -- and (so far) I haven't had my life transformed. But it does seem to be a quality product.

I love this company and their all of their products !! I trust the quality and feel safe using them.

Overall, I appreciate the research that has gone into this probiotic and the thoughtfulness of its ingredients. The pill is easy to swallow, not too large or anything like that. I do feel like they have made a difference in my health. I do not commonly take probiotics but have been making an effort to include fermented foods for a while and have been wanting to add a probiotic. One of the things I would like to highlight is that the pill has been formulated not to release in the stomach but wait until it has reached the intestinal tract. From what I've read, this makes a huge difference in a probiotics efficacy.All of this said, I am having mixed feelings about the value. The product seems great and I feel good but it just feels a little too expensive for a two month supply.
