Excellent hydration, plus vitamins, plus taste
Like many people, I usually do not leave reviews but after drinking Hydrant for more than a year, I feel compelled to write one. This drink is a game changer. We have all read that many people wake up and drink water with lemon (some drink coffee, green tea; hey, whatever works for you). For me, and I have done this consistently for nearly 2 years: I drink a liter of water with TWO of these packets in it. I also add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice and instant coffee (yes, this means not hot. Mind you, it’s the VitaCup “Slim”’and “Genius” coffee packets (1 each) that contain far less caffeine and also contains supplements and vitamins such as Gingko Bilboa, Turmeric and so on).I am NOT a health “nut” though I try to eat salads and fruit, less processed and so on.Back to Hydrant, find a flavor that works for you and stick with it for a month. This is NOT a paid review but a recommendation to consistently try it.I drink 1 liter (with 2 packets and the coffee and lemon in the morning, first thing upon waking), then another liter with 2 packets midday. Sometimes a third liter. We also all know about hydration, you could spread this out over 8 oz glasses over the day, but my style is different and I know not everyone can drink a liter in one shot. A BIG side effect of 1 liter is that you quickly feel full stomach and it cuts down on cravings and hunger, always a good things unless you are underweight (doubtful) or have medical issues in some cases.Highly recommend. All in all, I drink 4-6 packets a day. Yes, I know that’s flooding my system with Vitamin C (not a problem) and B12 (also a good thing). I have tried another brand, but it didn’t have the added supplements (if you believe in that stuff) and it tasted strange.Take the challenge. Be consistent. Drink 2+ a day for a month and see how you feel (add lemon juice, considered healthy for many reasons).Ta.

No added sweeteners!
I love Hydrant Immunity! I love the fact that there aren't any sweeteners, period. No Stevia, white sugar, or other sweeteners. This product is quite strong with a ton of ginger in it. So, at my own discretion I do add a but of organic wildflower honey. I know I was just saying how the company doesn't add any type of sweetener, right? However, it does allow the consumer to add whatever they choose to add, the amount that suits them. This works out well for me personally. Do I recommend this product? Absolutely!

Disappointed there's not much of a taste
I bought due to all the ingredients listed in the drink mix. My only complaint is: it tastes "watered-down". Not much flavor at all. It doesn't taste "bad", there's just very little taste.

Love this tasty hydration booster!
I am so glad I stumbled upon this hydrating booster! I live somewhere that is very cold and in winter I have trouble drinking enough water. This apple cider flavored hydrator is a delight to add to warm water, with a festive flavor that keeps me warm and feelin good. I love the added health benefits on top of the extra hydration. The perfectly portioned packets make it easy to keep at the office and convenient to have an extra one in my bag. I plan on drinking this flavor all winter to keep me cozy and healthy.

Not as good as hoped for
I like the brand Itself but this flavor is not at all what I expected. The other flavors are subtle but the apple cider is overwhelming.

Great value - and work on my body
I'm not a super fan of the taste, but if you drink ginger tea, you'll really like this electrolyte replenishment product. After all, the nutrition is why I've bought two of these economy pacs and will continue to buy them. Take a sip of the top of a water bottle, tear, pour and shake. I have had reflux from some powder mixes, but not these.

Made with monk fruit extract
For some reason the lemon ginger flavor is made with monk fruit extract, which is not in the original flavors. They don’t have the exact ingredients listed on here, but it is misleading since they boast “no artificial sweeteners” and “no stevia.” It’s hard to find electrolyte packets with only sugar and no alternative sweeteners (I get headaches from stevia, monk fruit, artificial sweeteners, etc). Check their website for ingredients before ordering.

Hot drink
No refrigeration required. So many hydrating supplements recommend serving cold or with ice because it makes them more tolerable to the taste. I've been searching for something that tastes good, when it isn't cold, to add to our emergency supplies. This is it. It's surprisingly good. The directions say to add 8-16oz of water to your preference. Made stronger it tastes more like hot fresh spiced apple cider and made weaker it's more like a mild apple spiced tea. It's okay after it cools, too, but I do actually prefer it hot. It reminds me of fall.
