Filter bag is very good and housing very good also good product Wall mounting is very easy

Pressure gauge not working otherwise product good.

I had Purchased “ AMPEREUS Bag Filter | Bag Filter for Water Tank | Whole House Water Filter 20 inch 5 Micron Tank Filtration Systems with 20 Antiscalant Balls.”Product is not upto the mark.Clamp to attach filter to wall does not match hole woth the filter. Screws are not provided to attach clamp with the Filter.Even the filter have scratches all over its body.Only one O-Ring is provided instead of two.

Mounting plate does not fit properly as the holes mismach. so u cant fit pressure guage.. u will have to cut the plate accordingly.Washers also not included for mounting plate screws. so u ll have to purchase locally.so average product. now will have to see the actual result of filter.

I purchased recently installed in my borewell water inlet at storage tank. After installation I found no white dust in the water. Before installation I noticed white dust accumulated in the steel vessels now this problem was solved.

The media could not be loaded. The problem with such products is, you won't get to know malfunction till its fully installed and then you cannot return/replace in original condition. It's unable to handle high pressure, it leaks. Plumbers tried everything to seal the leak, no luck. Waste of money for me.

Quality is very good.Amazon vander take full amount but not give full product part in dispatch.In pack miss part given blow-1- bolt2- Water leaked extra seal show in picture.3.- water pressure meter not proper fit.

I received the product with following parts missing1. O-Rings (None received)2. Bolts to hold the filter to the Stand3. BallsI complained to Amazon immediately upon receipt of the missing parts and was assured that adequate action would be taken.Based on Amazon's assurance, I completed the plumbing modification and attached the filter. However, to my utter dismay, the filter leaked and did not filter the water.I reported this to Amazon who kept saying that they would take appropriate action as the investigation is under progress.I requested to supply the missing parts so that I can check if the leakage and unclean water is due to the missing part.After 8 days of waiting and continuous followups from all levels of escalation, I got Amazon's response that the filter cannot be replaced and should be returned only (I spent more money on p[plumbing than the filter itself) despite my asking Amazon to replace the item with the RIGHT PRODUCT I am left with a faulty filter.There is nothing I can do but keep using this useless stuff."Utter disgrace to Amazon the Filter Supplier"ABSOLUTELY USELESS
