Positive: Delicious and Gluten Free! Negative: So Expensive!
I'm a huge fan of these Walker shortbread cookies. My local TJX carries them around the holidays for around $7 a pack, even the gluten free ones. I tried to track them down during the Summer and found them on Amazon. The three flavors are delicious, especially the ginger ones. Unfortunately, the cost is exorbitant for just 9 cookies per each box.

Great taste Poor packaging by Amazon
Love that these are gluten free and very tasty. But Amazon sends them in a thin envelope so they arrive broken up and smashed. Wish they'd protect the box better! Not sure we'll keep ordering them, for this reason.

Mixed texture
These taste ok, but having chewy ginger bits in a crumbly crisp cookie just feels weird. The sticky chewy ginger bits get stuck to your teeth, while the crumbly cookie is a completely different texture. I would like each, separately, but not together. The lemon flavor was barely discernable - either that or it was there but the ginger stuck to my teeth overpowered it..I'm probably going to like any gluten-free cookie that isn't horrible, just because there isn't much to choose from, but I didn't find there enjoyable to eat.

MEMORIES..
if memory serves, these gluten-free shortbread cookies taste exactly as I remember them 40+ years ago. After twelve doctors and four years of testing, I was diagnosed with celiac sprue. They taste fantastic! Out of two boxes I did not get ONE WHOLE cookie!Boo Hoo, I know this is not the end of the world, and how blessed am I that I'm writing about this? Not even close to a big deal, I believe something can't change if no one is aware of the problem. I'll eat crumbs, heck I had siblings and had I been born with a silver spoon in my mouth it would have been pawned so we could eat. These cookies did not have a chance. The box housing the individual packages had fallen apart in transit. Don't forget the product is delicious.Sincerely,Patricia Kelly

Came broken in box. Taste isn't good.
Usually this brand is great these came broken and gluten free tastes awful. The regular one package is too small. Dissapointing!
