Tablets don't taste good but that's no problem when its easy to swallow them but that's not the good thing about these little wonder tablets the boost in energy levels is amazing plus I highly recommend people that are losing thier hair to take these and you will see it return in no time same for other age related symptoms brilliant healthy way to fight back aging the grey hairs are actually turning brown again

I have started taking these 3 times a day. It advises that it could take a few months to notice a change, however I have found I am eating less which is good, so I will wait to see the full benefits in time.

Good for losing weight.
Did not feel much different, one only thing was that i was not hungry much, so I lost like 3 kg.I do know that it do not keep up your immune system because I had a outbreak of cold sore, and I had a black panda eyes, so i don't think it was good for me at all in any case, I would not recommend and honestly while I was taking it I didn't feel healthy at all. I was taking them for 3 months.

OK I know it's not going to work miracles but it didn't seem to have any effect on me but I was disappointed with some of the product missing from the packaging. Maybe I was just unlucky who knows? I'll try a different brand just to make sure.
