Good product!
This came exactly as described, although the product was heavy which made it harder to move the walker than anticipated.

Disappointed
Excellent idea-Loved the idea of not having to use crutches after an Achilles tendon surgery. It was very helpful for the first month however only lasted 30 days and my recovery time was 8-12 weeks. The device is very heavy and solid however the support arch screw on snapped off causing the walker * (see picture) to overturn.

When you break your ankle...
The utility of this kneeler cannot be denied... especially in tight quarters, such as a small apartment. I used a kneeling scooter at my daughter's house which offered a lot of space for maneuvering... however, there were no scooters in rehab, so they gave me one of these to use. When I came home, I needed something that would help me get around inside my very small apartment, so I bought one on Amazon. This was (is) a lifesaver. The only problem with it, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, is that the fabric is prone to being badly chewed up by the velcro straps on a boot. The leading edge of my kneeler has been shredded in the 3 weeks I've been using it. Thankfully, I expect to be 100% weight bearing within 10 days, so I'll be able to donate this item to the rehab facility I was in. I hope they make an improved model with tougher material or perhaps a vinyl slipcover that is impervious to velcro.

Didn’t work for me....
I ordered this product to use following an ankle replacement to use during a 3 month recovery with NO weight bearing. The basic idea looks good but even with the aid of my physical therapist I found it difficult to use safely. It attaches to a walker and while it does keep an ailing leg elevated, I found it difficult to maintain good balance, definitely a high risk issue following ankle replacement. For me, a knee scooter has been a far safer option and very easy to use.

A bit pricy comparatively, but essential.
It is an essential purchase to keep my recovering foot truly non weight bearing while using a walker. This item is sturdy enough for the knee to rest on. Wish there is a bit more cushion. However, it is only noticeable when the knee is not placed squarely on the support.
