This is a very sharp and quality knife.
I used this product to carve my walking stick and it was quite efficient, I like the handle on it, it’s easy to get a good solid grip.

Great knife for starters
I now have a nice set of BeaverCraft knives. All of them are great quality. If you are just starting out or are a veteran carver, these are a great tool to have. The blades are very easy to maintain and the handles fit amazingly in the hand. If you are new, buy a full kit to start out. The prices are very good and you get to try a couple different size knives. As your talent grows, purchase more and add to your kit. I am still very new to carving, but I'm glad I chose BeaverCraft as the brand to start with.
