Works like it should, gets very hot, if you have sun. If not you are looking at a short cold shower.

Sturdy, portable, easy to use.
I bought this because I go in the ocean a lot, but don’t want to leave the salt in my hair to dry. I fill it before we go out to the beach with about a gallon or so of water. you can leave it black side up if it’s a cool day and it heats the water or keep it in the cooler or your beach bag and use each time you come out of the chlorine or the salt. It will really help your hair stay in better condition..

Warm water shower
For the reasonable cost, this product provided a warm water shower while boondocking. The tubing had some kinks but all in all, I was most thankful to have a working shower. Be sure to treat it with tlc as the valve needs to thread correctly and the filler flap needs to securely close.

Hard to use
This was a total let down. I purchased it to be able to give my kids a quick rinse after the lake since there are no showers available, and it was so hard to use. The water started to leak on our way there, luckily i decided to keep it in a tub while we were driving to the lake, so it didn’t get my trunk wet, however, when it was time to use the portable shower, the water hose kept coming off. The way they folded and stored the water hose for shipping, marked the hose so bad that the water wouldn’t come out- at all.Dealing with two little kids and trying to get this to work was so frustrating- we ended up just pouring the water out through the water hose hole with no hose at all - a true nightmare.

Meh
Technically it works as advertised. I wish there was some type of thermometer on the bag. If everything isn't tightened just right, it will leak. The hose is narrow, the spigot requires 2 hands to adjust, and the shower 'head' is pretty basic, so there is no water pressure or high volume. This isn't meant to be an at-home shower experience, but it will accomplish the basics when needed. The biggest thing to consider is that all the work is done by gravity. You need to put the bag AND hose above your head, or whatever level you want the water to flow out at. And this bag holds 5 gallons, which is a good amount, but almost 50 lbs you'll need to hang above your head.It was worth a try, might be perfect for pet baths. But for my use when camping, I'll be buying one with an electric pump instead.

Home test with success
Quality- average, okWater heating - filled with about 4 gal. tested when the out door at 89F, the water was 87F, and it take 30 min to raise the temperature to 98F with the help of the black side of the bag faced the sun. The temperature of the black surface reached 142F. The result is 10F for every 30min.Shower time-4 gal wouls last about 7 minutes with continues running water . The shower was not strong but good enough to me. See the attached picComment - I think it is a great shower n hand wash tool for camping. It is also less than 10 bucks.

Camping must have
Ordered 5 of these for a beach camping trip, they hold a lot of water and work well. If you set up properly and trim the hoses according to your setup..makes life out there on your trip 100x better
