Safco Products 1870GR Steel Machine Stand with Double Doors and Drawer, Gray

When I received the printer stand there were some damages I contact customer service right away and let me tell you they were wonderful they gave me a choice of a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement and it came right away with no damages. The stand itself is great but I could have gotten it anywhere they had the best price.

I ordered 2 of these machine stands--of which the first one was perfect! It is exactly what I expected, wanted and received. However, the next one I received was so mangled, twisted, and banged up--I sent it back for a replacement. My replacement came just as quickly as the first one and it, too, was completely dented and banged up--I sent it back for a replacement and now they are "OUT OF STOCK" on this product--hmmm I am scared to wait and order later as I might get one that I have already returned:( The product is great if you can get it to you without being damaged!

had to order unit twice - ifrst delivery unit all banged up - the orginial packaging needs review folks it does not protect the merchandise. That unit returned - second delivery again the packaging failed the protect the product structure! we did keep a couple scratches is not worth the aggravation of returning a third time. a good product - manufacturer needs to correct their packaging

The product is simple and cost-effective. I had read several reviews that warned about the product arriving damaged during shipping. The warnings were legitimate, the item arrived with the packaging in place but damaged in places. Once the product was removed there were several blemishes and the door had to be bent around in order to get it to somewhat close properly. I chose this product because the price point is appropriate, however we decided that we could live with the damages (the door does NOT operate smoothly and requires extra effort to simply open/close it) since we don't have to use the door very often.

We received the first printer stand with damage to the body and the top looked to be ripped off. We returned it in exchange for a new one. The second one was received with the same type damages, the top, once again, looked like it had been ripped off. These damages did not take place during shipping, it had to be packaged this way.

I recently reviewed this and two reviews said came dented but I thought this was just a one time problem. This one came dented in two places. I kept it because it fit neatly into a small space in my office. I tried to purchase in store but could not find it anywhere. Suggest not to buy online and to see it before you purchase it.

I can't believe they charge so much for this flimsy thing. The cheap formica top on our unit isn't square to the body of it. The hinges are weak, and there's no door stop at the top of the cupboard, so the door is never flush with the body, always sagging inward or outward. The color is somewhere between gray and olive, so it doesn't match anything else in our mostly taupe office. What can I say? I'm irked my boss bought this thing and stuck it next to my desk. If it had cost 40 bucks, at least I'd be able to agree that he didn't overspend on it. At this price, they obviously don't sell too many of these in actual retail stores. Don't expect much if you opt to take a chance on it.
