Playhut Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Light Up Tent

My son is a 3 year old with a huge love for teenage mutant ninja turtles. I ordered this cool tent for his birthday. I never opened the package until after his birthday. The tent has an awesome design but 4 people later and after studying the directions. I still can't fold this thing like its supposed to be. And when I took it out of the box. There was no light!!! Upon calling amazon customer service they did refund me 50% but my son really wanted the light. So there was disappointment with amazon a little bit. The durability of the tent is amazing but I must warn. It doesn't stand on the floor well and there is no bottom to the tent. Overall this tent is really more for the age group 3-5 if you ask me.

This was a gift for my 12 year old and Man was this a hit!! It was super easy to attach to his bed even with a super thick mattress. My husband kept telling me this was for younger boys and that our 12 year old wouldn't like it! It was such a hit that my 14 year old started to request one. It is a great privacy option! It has two doors incase you don't have your bed against a wall. It also has vents for air flow. It doesn't minimize the bed space either my 6ft 4 in husband even fit in this tent laying down! Hands down this is a great product!

Very cute and easy to "pop up" and start playing in. Our son really loves it, and the push light works fine once you put batteries in it.If you want to take the tent down and put it back in the box for easy storage you're in for a bit of a treat, though. It's not very easy to fold back up, and unfortunately I didn't hang on to the paper "instructions" that came with it. We eventually got it squished back in the box though so no big deal.

My son who has recently fell in love with TMNT received this for his birthday. It is a very well made product, and meets all of our expectations. A few thing that weren't quite clear by the pictures:-There is no fabric base to this tent, the bottom of it will be the bed itself. In my opinion, this is a plus, since it's one less thing that we have to worry about being torn or getting dirty.-To go along with this, the tent attaches to the bed with elastic loops on the corners. We haven't had a problem with these yet, but I do see these as being the weak spot of this tent.-There are no poles to this, it's legitimately a pop-up tent, very similar to the ball pits, or collapsible laundry basket. This is a plus in the sense that it's very easy to set up and take down, however it doesn't sit up as straight as my OCD would like, and is the only reason I've docked a star.The light is just your standard tap light in TMNT colors and graphics which requires two AA batteries (I think that's right, don't quote me!), but is a great touch!When it's all said and done, we (son included!) are VERY happy with this product, especially given the reasonable price, and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it!

Good product. Doesn't really stay on the bed like the picture shows. If they modified the design so the straps wrap around and under the mattress it would be more stable. This just goes over the four corners and is constantly sliding off. My 7 yo son seems to like it though and has primarily just used it on the floor instead of the bed. He says it's easier to get in and out of that way.

Bought this for my grandson and boy it was a hit! (He was 5) He puts it on his bed to sleep, puts the light accompanying it inside to do his reading homework. He puts it on the floor and plays campout. HUGE HIT for someone this age. Of course, it helps if you're a total Ninja Turtle addict! Absolutley satisfied with this purchase!

My 6 year old just loves this tent, it's the fastest way to get him to go to bed. It is a good size, very easy to open, you may need to follow the instructions for closing but once you get it closed the first time, it would be easy everytime after.

We tried setting this up on a furry rug in front of the fireplace but the structure is very lightweight and changes position and shape when bumped. Although the kids enjoyed playing in it, it was just to flimsy to support active play. It's also too tall to fit in my grandson's bunk bed.I would rather have paid more for something more substantial.
