Relaxing nights sleep
These do not contain melatonin, you can only get those sort of tablets through a GP.This is a good calming tablet, helps both my husband and I get a good nights sleep when we have had a disturbed night.Take them 30 minutes before bed, relaxing with a good book and you will be yawning and wanting to go to sleep in no time. A very good calming solution

Sorry to say I was very disappointed with this. It made absolutely no difference to my sleep at all. I wouldn't waste your money on this. There's better alternatives than this.

Really good product, I've tried them for a couple of night's and I've had a good sleep. The pillow spray is good to, the secent is nice and you only need a bit, because it's quite strong

Amazing natural sleep supplement, already seeing results.
Having struggled with sleep issues for a number of years now I have tried many products, without much success.I’ve always researched products containing only natural ingredients as I am very cautious as to what products contain. This product ticks all boxes with regards to ingredients.Having taken these for a couple of weeks now, I am seeing positive results. My sleep is improving, I genuinely feel more relaxed prior to falling to sleep and my sleep pattern is getting more positive. I wake up with more energy and see a significant improvement in natural energy across the day.

Excellent natural sleep supplement
I have been struggling with my sleep for a number of months and wanted to find a sleep supplement which contains only natural ingredients. I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I am really pleased with the results. I am a lot more relaxed before going to sleep and settle quicker. The quality of my sleep has improved and I wake up with a spring in my step which has enchanted my mental health. The bottle is striking and looks great on my bedside table.
