We used to have 12 bottles of supplements. This vitamin covers all of that. If you investigate the background and what it contains you will be amazed. I could never figure how any could put all of the vitamins in a single small pill. Lots of stories about that. This is three pills twica a day. We only take it once a day though since we have other vitamins we take.
