Iove this product, but I ordered 2 of these, and only received one, in a yellow envelope thrown on my front porch outside the gate, although the gate was open. Also the yellow envelope was not closed... How do we fix this?

After 2mo use I have seen major improvements!
I have health problems that have affected my skin drastically. After many searches, this is finally the product that has worked! I use twice a day (morning/ night) and wow!
