Works as intended - has 3 very different settings which i am making the most of - easy to assemble even for a plumbing noob like me. The hose is very flexible and easy to manipulate rather than the usual ones that want to dictate which way round it wants to go etc.So far so good - really pleased

I love shower in the morning after my gym workout and before heading to the office. Shower is the most important aspect of my morning routine. I loved message and jet settings on the shower head which gave quite relaxed feeling. The mineral stone creates an aroma in the shower that is so freshly.Great product and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good shower experience each morning and day.

Love that it contains crystals, works well to increase water pressure and soften water. Love that it was a fair price and included a shower hose, replaced filter/softening beads and a shower cap, also arrived very quickly and packaged well.Dislike: it's heavier than basic shower heads and falls down and out of my shower holder, but this may not be the case for all shower holders and expected to be heavier as contains crystals and softening filter beads.

More water pressure (more than my old sh head)/ easy to install / three modes / easy to clean / extra stone refills / looks good in hand😁 and most importantly at a very very affordable price .would definitely recommend to others .

The shower head was very easy to install and that was the only good part .The performance is average did not increase the pressure, already have a small leak from the shower head .Some of the small holes in the shower head are not actually Letting out water.for something that is fairly new this should not happen.

It actually did what it said it does! My hair even looks and feels better after installing this product. The water in our area is very hard and this was recommended to me by a neighbour.

Very easy to install, easy to change the different settings, best shower I have ever had,so refreshing, I have two,my daughter has one and her friend has one, we all say the same thing, believe everything it says about it,really recommend this item.

Bought this Hikklo shower head, first impression is it’s a really good shower head 3 different settings more powerful than my last shower head and easy to clean. However the putting the parts back after cleaning has been a real headache. On opening the shower head 2 x clear marble type balls fell out ( 1 big ball and 1 small ball) along with a spring the balls are clear so hard to see agains the white sink also these could get lost down the drain as no instructions to advise on how to dismantle and put back again and no warning to alert of the clear balls the shower head is useless without them. I have tried every combination to get the balls and spring back but the shower although works does not respond to the 3 settings properly. You can’t contact the seller unless returning the product which is a shame as with proper instructions this would work properly again. I hope the seller see this review and is happy to help with the problem if not the shower head will be sent back.Update:No response from seller to help resolve the issue so return started.
