Broke and now it's stuck!
First of all, peace did not look like the picture. However, it was the right size, so I gave it a go. It lasted about a month before snapping. Now I can't get this stupid thing off!

New redesigned version .
Look and feels 80x better than the original wich is a common issuee with on the 2003 and earlier mini coopers and possibly other engines made by the BMW. This part will not look the same as the original because it was redesigned and used on the 04 and up motors. So thei is the factory replacement upgraded part they offer for when the older style dampers give out. BMW is all about quality and precision. Thats why the cars are such a pain in the exhaust to work on. The engineering is unbelievabl.

Use the proper tools when removing and installing the part.
Great product. I would have given 5 stars but product had very small dent on edge of pulley. (see picture)I corrected the dent and installed the product because I did not have time to order a replacement.It is installed and works great. Just like the factory part.I will order this part again for other repairs.
