COATS & CLARK D86-01 Glow in The Dark Machine Embroidery Thread, 100-Yard, White

As soon as I opened my package, I set the two spools I ordered on my windowsill. Half an hour later, they were already glowing brightly in dimly lit areas of the house before I got them to a windowless room.Personally, I'll be using this for the binding of a galaxy print quilt to make it extra space-y, but if I have any left over I'm definitely using it in upcoming Halloween crafts.I'm leaning towards cross-stitch, but I think brushing on decoupage on almost any surface, then layering on strands of this thread and sealing with a final layer of decoupage would make a cool look for scrapbooking, costumes, or anything that needs to look scary-chic like haunted house props.I can't wait to find an excuse to buy more of this thread!

Of the three glow in the dark white threads I order this was the best product. Unfortunately, it was far too small for my project. In all my searches it seems that this is the only size available which is unfortunate. The white blended with the white shirt perfectly and the glow was great. The only problem is it is too small.

It’s exactly as description states.

So many glow in the dark products don't hold up, but this Glow in the Dark Thread actually glows. You need to put several stitches next to each other - but it does work. I recommend it.

Worthless as it does not glow in the dark or otherwise. A very expensive, small spool of plain white thread.

Make sure you really read how much is on a spool. Finished one small embroidery pattern then ran out. It was very close

Works great on my sewing machine.

There is a VERY low glow for a short period of time. Not really worthwhile.
