Q: Win 10 connection via epos 660 dongle is not reliable. it must turn on/off to reconnect a dropped audio. how to stop the dropped audio?

This is a pretty easy Fix. 1.) Remove the dongle from your PC. Then go to the Sennheiser Website and download an application called Epos CONNECT; after it downloads, restart your computer. 2.) Restart your computer-connected dongle and hit update on the EPOS CONNECT; it will continue loosely letting you Know an update is available, just a quick check for updates.
