This was my 1st time using Shilajit. It looks good, also improves mood & makes the mind calm. However, I have read somewhere that pure Shilajit doesn't leave residue & dissolves easily. When used with cold milk, it takes time to dissolve. In hot water, it is much easier to dissolve.Initially, when scooping it out from the top, I didn't notice any residue at the bottom of the glass. With regular use of pea-sized scoops from the Shilajit container, it got empty & the residue precipitate also increased considerably.

Its really effective. I am writing this review after 1 month of use. I workout on a daily basis and it really helps me to gain extra strength and pace. My endurance level is high after using this. I use it once in a day mixing along with my espresso in the morning before workout.I ll steongly recommend it if you are working out or need improvement in ur daily life as well.

The packing is good, the product seems genuine through it's thickness and smell,will edit it's effects on body after a month of use.edit:It's around two months using this, and yes it works! Although it took me 6-8 weeks to start seeing results personally, but I can say I feel more energized and feel more healthy mentally
