Low calorie, good snack. It has a tiny tangy taste that I like. I put a little butter and salt with it, and it’s just perfect. Stays fresh for a few days.

Don't waste your money. If you want good riced cauliflower, just buy fresh cauliflower and make your own. This was pure mush.
