I suffer from tightness along my spine and have been receiving chiropractic care for a lower back issue. I no longer had time to get to the chiropractor, let alone a masseuse. My back was paying a heavy price. Out of slight desperation I ordered this back stretcher.I have only had it for a few days and my back has loosened tremendously. Surprisingly, this device is also coming pretty close to what my chiropractor was doing for about 1/1000th of the price. It cannot replace my chiropractor but it definitely can at least bring me some relief.The instructions are kind of funny. They tell you not to use it more that 10 minutes at a time but at the same time say you can sleep with it. I have been sticking to 10 minutes.

I have been going to a chiropractor for about a year plus physical therapy for about 6 months for arthritis pain & a bulging L4 disc. I got about 50% pain relief from them. I still had a lot of stiffness & pain especially first thing in the morning. Pain made me sleep poorly. I saw this back stretcher advertised & got it. I was amazed at the quick pain relief it gives me. I use it for about 10 minutes before bed, sleep better & wake up with very little pain. I use it again first thing in the morning for a mostly pain free day. I am so glad I found this product.

I don't have any medical condition per se, but I have been experiencing slight back pains for the past year or two. If I stretch my back, I'm okay for that moment, but the pain comes back immediately. So I tried getting this back stretcher thing.I was actually skeptical when getting it, but I figured it'll help me with my posture, so I got it, and it works better than I expected. It does feel uncomfortable at first but after 5 or 10 minutes, I think it was, I got up and was pleasantly surprised to find that slight back pain I've been having without really being aware of it, was gone.Before I'd do the back stretcher thing, I'd be moving around a bit gingerly, which I hadn't know I was doing until I used the back stretcher and the unnoticeable pain had gone away and I could move freely. I slacked off doing it so I'm back to moving around gingerly, but just knowing that there's something that'll give me relief from my slight back pain and immobility is a huge relief.I wouldn't go around recommending the product to everyone only because everyone has different back issues, and I'm sure this product is not end-all solution to everything. I will just say that this works for me.

Have been fighting IT Band and lower back issues. I purchased this to help with opening the spine up and give it a good stretch. So far it has helped. It was very sore at first and I could only do a few moments. I can lay for a full 5 minutes without much pain. It is worth the 5 minutes I spend to help stretch out my lower back and help build support.

As an male adult, this back stretcher did not work for me. Too small overall. The raised ridges were too hard - uncomfortable. Did not live up to my expectations. Dis not bring relief. It is too late to return. Wish I had not purchased.

I tried it on the floor with both levels and they’re both beneficial. I like the material of it too. I have a massage therapy practice and I used it in my table with a client (without the extra support of the ball in between) and it gave a lot of comfort. The material was easily able to confirm to my table

I like this but the small roller is missing when it was in the box. Upsetting. Giving only 2 stars
