Multiple uses.
Works great! Is soft but holds its form. We used it to elevate Moms feet and then later between her knees to keep them from rubbing.

I'm a cervical pillow expert and this one is the best!
I’ve dealt with neck issues for years, including a loss of cervical lordosis, and have tried nearly a dozen different pillows to relieve muscle tension, headaches, and other sleep-related symptoms. Comfortable But Not Very Thick/Big Around
The pillow is firm but giving but not very thick or bug around. For those looking for a neck pillow that cradles the neck, this is not the one. It is long, but not very big around. But, it gets 4 stars from me because it is exactly what we were looking for to provide slight elevation to help prevent ankle and heal bedsores. Wish it were a bit thicker or Bigger Around

Quality is nice too large for c spine
The quality of this product is made very well or seems to be. However the diameter of the product is too large - makes my neck hurt horribly. Might be better for under feet or something? But useless to me

Very comfortable
Cushion Lab Neck Roll pillow is very comfortable and just firm enough without being to hard. This pillow is just the right size for me to use in my recliner. Allows my neck to relax and muscle tension to ease. I also use this pillow when laying in bed. I like that it has a washable cover. I have also found that it is great for my lumbar area when my lower back is acting up.

Neck roll with a big hotel style pillow
I have been using the neck roll. It’s working great. I put in a pillow case with my Fluff hotel style pillow so both help mesleep comfortably all night long. Putting it in the same pillow case with a pillow helps keep it in place.

Cervical Neck Pillow
This item may be a little more expensive than others I have found on Amazon, but it is very good quality and is firmer than the other ones that I purchased. This foam is more like a bed mattress type foam so it does hold up my neck well and should last a long time.

Not the ideal pillow to replace
It's small. It's only useful for when you're out to travel. It's comfy but if you're a side sleeper it's uncomfortable. It gave me neck pain.
