Great product!
This is a great coupling for indoor or outdoor use with your RG6 cable. I have tested my connection with other couplings and splitters, using my Southwire, dual-shield, RG6 cable, and I've had issues up to 200 Mbsp down LESS when using other couplings; yes the quality of the coupling when running RG6 DOES matter. I am a licensed journeyman electrician by the way, and I've been around cable for 12+ years, so I'm not just pitching some product because it's cheap and it "does the job ok." If you buy this and you wire it right, you'll be in good shape. Just ground the coupling properly and make-up your F connectors correctly, and you'll be dealing with pretty much no dB loss; it is a good product.

Works wonderfully
I installed this a few days ago to replace a splitter and the difference is staggering. Now, video quality in three-way chats with Europe work in HD and never drop, live-streams as well, and everything is generally better with this one change. It was easy to install as well. 5 Stars from me.
