Adorble
Works well and keeps accurate time. Buttons protrude (not recessed ) so easy to set. Loud enough to wake me up even when wearing earplugs. So cute and enough back light but not too bright. Totally quick with no ticking at all. Highly recommend.

A Life Saver - Does The Job & Looks Good Doing It
Been using the clock for a few months now, and have needed to change the battery once. It's pretty phenomenal for the price, and I haven't had any issues as of yet. My favorite thing about it is the size. It makes a pretty intimidating amount of noise despite how small it is, and retains its chonkiness (in a good way). There was a little bit of a learning curve with using the dials on the back in the dark, as I often have to adjust the alarm in the dark, and try to do so without turning the lights on and waking my partner who's a light sleeper, dissimilarly to myself. The face light isn't the most effective thing about it's design, since it's not very powerful and it's angle doesn't really illuminate the entire clock face, however with a little bit of practice and intuition it gets the job done and the controls became pretty second nature after about two weeks.

Very nice clock.
Loud, which is what I wanted. My experience with these inexpensive, mechanical clocks- They will not tolerate being dropped, even on carpet.Nothing works right after that. The same with most appliances and devices.I like the clock.

Nice copper finish...
Nice...what I had in mind as a vintage alarm clock. Love the copper finish.

awesome revamp of a classic alarm
plenty loud, reliable and simple. I tend not to snooze with this alarm and its just like the wind up hammer and bell alarm Mom and Dad used to have but with batteries. The LED is a useful addition for that last minute check of the alarm without waking up the wife.

IT's ANALOG, WHAT CAN YOU SAY
We in this digital world have become so accustomed to all the clocks in the house (microwave, TV's, range, many, many cell phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches, etc.) all tracking the time to within a second or two - some even use the atomic signal from the Naval Observatory in Colorado, or so we're told. Well, this unit, which I would have loved to have had in the 60's when I was in college, has a VERY LOUD alarm; however, the one drawback is the small hand for setting the alarm time is, like the other hands, analog, and the clock face is made on an assembly line and not, I would surmise, set in place and controlled by any standards & measurements criteria. So, having said that, an alarm setting of 5:30AM is really "somewhere near" 5:30AM. Based on that, if you're looking for "spot on" accuracy, this unit may not be for you; however, it TOTALLY operates exactly as described - the twin alarm bells are more than enough for one who is near deaf - I can attest to that!!! Get one for your kids . . . they will never forget your "kindness"!

Straightforward, it is as advertised.
What do I have to say, clock is just as advertised. It is simple and effective for setting an alarm and checking the time with a night light built into the analog clock

Damaged
The alarm clock showed up with scratches on the face, and the Alarm clock isn't as loud as the other one I bought two years ago. The hammer moves slower and not as hard. Ultimately not impressed
