Wiha 36998 Hex L-Key Set, Long, Inch Ball End in ProStar Holder, Chrome Finish

As an industrial electrician I use this brand for most of my hand tools and they don't disappoint. Well worth the investment.

This is the best allen set I have ever had. The tools are hard and have the ball bottoms, but what I really like is that I can swivel the tools back and forth easily to get to the one I want and yet none has fallen out.

Hands down the best set of hex keys I've ever had. The hex fits perfectly into the screw unlike some cheap hex keys where there is play. The ball end allows a slightly skewed entry angle but still feels very secure. Perhaps the best part of this tool is the hex key holder. You can easily rotate the hex keys to get to the one you want. They holder is secure while not restricting access. The additional length give a bit more leverage than standard keys. They are not cheap, but well worth it in my opinion.

Made out of the same steel as the "Magic Ring" version. I don't need the magic ring and the holder is MUCH better than what comes with the Magic Ring ones. These things will break under extreme use, they will not however bend. I use nothing else.

I have been using Wiha tools for years. This particular set of the long Allen keys. As a matter of fact I use these hex keys every day.I noticed it on some of these keys the ball end will fit, but the street and it’s too large. I’m not sure if it’s a buildup of the energizing, or these are some sort of blemishes. I need another set but I’m skeptical to buy this particular product. I will go through Grainger To make sure I’m not getting some knock off.
