Kahuna Massage Chair LM-7000, Black, Standard, 258 Pound

I was a bit hesitant purchasing a massage chair site unseen without first being able to test it.My wife and I visited a friend who had a pair of top of the line Inada massage chairs, the first time we ever used one. Ever since then my wife has wanted one. When we finished our theater room we decided it was time to purchase. After weeks of watching videos and reviews I pulled the trigger on the LM-7000. Very satisfied with this purchase! A few notes:The S-track back massage is absolutely amazing.The chair is very quiet when in operationAs others have mentioned if the foot massage hurts your feet simply unzip the foot pads and add the included foam. For us, 3 layers were perfect. I will also add a layer of foam to the calf area. Takes just a few minutes.Can be tucked pretty close to the wall, doesn't take up much room at all.Very easy to assemble for anyone with a modicum of ability. There is an excellent YouTube video showing very clear and easy to follow assembly.No complaints with this chair. I do wish all the remote buttons were back-lit as we use the chair in our movie room which is always dark but, I can't call that a complaint.Wife and I absolutely love the chair. Very happy with the purchase.

Happy - but the airbag massage part is a hard to get used to. I prefer the basic back massage, very nice. The preset massages are disorganized and do not make any common sense. Example: Left hand squeezed - one roller down back. Right foot roller along with upper shoulder squeeze. I find it distracting not relaxing. I would prefer a focused effort in one area then move on or start top to bottom or bottom to top. Personal preference. You have control to override the presets or choose a specific area with the controllers. Visitors love it!

had this chain for 3 years and found the seat was going bad, and requested a price to replace it, But to get no help from the company, Would not recommend these chair ,

Extremely disappointed ! It appears there is no way to turn off completely the Bluetooth speakers so the blutooth speaker system does not pick up every Bluetooth device in the proximity of the chair. Bluetooth speakers play my TV ,my phone, on my tablet ; it picks up everything !! Completely unacceptable....... NOT to be able to turn a switch on / off the Bluetooth from the chair! !!!!

I have had the chair for 1 day. Ordered it on Monday, got it on Friday - LA to Dallas! I might be able to judge it better except for the unbelievably poor instructions. Both the assembly instructions and the operating instructions are pretty much worthless. It is beyond obvious that the Chinese manufacturer does not have an english speaking person writing for them, much less a capable technical writer. An example is where they refer to an air tube as a "trachea"??? Whaaat? The rest of the writing was like trying to figure out some kind of code as well. I am a mechanic and engineer and I love puzzles, so it was doable for me. Anyone with limited mechanical skills should opt for the paid assembly. Then one of the bolts to hold the arm on came in the sealed package STRIPED!! How does that happen? The operating instructions are very brief and the graphics on the buttons are very tiny and hard to see. There is no explanation as to what the preset programs amount to. But the main problem I have is that the slots for your arms and hands are too small to get your arms and hands into???? I am 5'9" a nd 158 lbs so NOT a big person.There is no excuse (or use) for slots this small. Also, you have to add padding to the foot area and the back area or it is way too punishing. I assume that is why they put the 2 large pads of foam in the package (looked like packing material), but there is no instruction or mention of this anywhere??? Getting the foot "pockets" unzipped to put the padding in is a real trick. Zipping them back up is worse yet. I finally gave up. Also, it is making a "clicking" or "popping" sound on one of the settings, but since it does several things at once it's hard to say which one? Other than that, it is pretty quiet and I think I will like it better with time - if I can fix the popping and enlarge the arm slots somehow? I had previously used a Fuji cyber-relax model FJ-4600 that I really liked. I really expected this one to be better since it is the "L" type (does your butt). I think the Fuji is more expensive. Might be worth the difference?

I bought the chair back in March. I use it every day. I even sleep in it, it's so comfortable. It does everything as the one from Brookstone sales for $4000.00. It has many functions and even has a plug for smart phones. I also like Kahuna customer service. They are very helpful.So I bought the Kahuna LM-7000 in March of 2016. I use it every day and love it. Now I have a problem with the back and neck message part it always on, after I done using the chair. I can't turn it off with remote control. The chair has full functions of all the setting and options. I have to shut off power to the chair or the part and neck message part continues to run. I try to call Kahuna many time but always put on hold by automatic answering system. So now I just turn on power to the chair and use it then turn it off when I'm done. The chair does go to it off position, but just the back and neck message part continue to stay on.

So far great value. It was just as described by others, foot massage a bit tough, a bit narrow for big guys (I'm 280lbs) but the 7000 has all the features of other chairs that I tested at $4000+. The yoga/stretching is a great setting, there are several more presets and numerous adjustments. Assembly (arms) taking my time not to cross thread the screws was about 30min. Box well protected chair in shipment. Overall pleased with chair at this point.

This is amazing. It's super high quality, very strong and well built. My wife and I love this, and so do I. Their customer service is awesome. We did a ton of research before buying this. It's better built, and higher quality than other massage devices that are 4x the price. Seriously do yourself a favor and get this!!!SERIOUSLY don't waste your money on any other chair. It's awesome, better than some $15,000 chairs.
