I am so happy I decided to get this as opposed to getting a new laptop. It was super easy to install, and it was exactly the right product as described. I just tested and left my laptop on standby all day and it still has a charge. Before it would only last one to two hours and would die.

I liked how easy it was to actually replace it. I have never even opened a computer up like that. It works great and my computer is almost brand new XD

Tested the battery for almost 4 months, not every day use, just weekend use, just to make sure all my numbers match i know its irelevant. Barely lasted 16 weekends and about 50-60 charges all together, now battery barely even holds a charge for 30 seconds. Yes followed battery instructions that come in the box and lasting 500 charges is upsurd maybe 100 charges at best I do understand this is aftermarket battery but claims are huge by seller but actual battery life is 1/10 of said. I wish i can find original battery but i guess i have to call ASUS to get that. Now i have to be on the charger instead of being mobile and finish my weekend projects.

Great battery perfectly matched, the tools came with the package are really useful and took only 20 mins to replace it 🙂

The battery was easily installed because it had the exact physical specifications as the OEM battery that was purchased with the laptop. I like the fact that the connector also installed without any difficulty on the motherboard and it had 25% charge so I was able to check that it actually was working. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the wires that connect the connection pins to the battery itself was a bit longer than the OEM one and therefore I had to do some gymnastics to get the wires to not bulge up above the level of the battery so the back laptop panel can fit snugly in place.

I have an Asus Republic of Gamers gaming laptop (gu501gm) I bought several years ago. I recently took it on a trip and noticed that every time I unplugged it, the laptop would instantly go black. I thought it just didn't have enough charge, so I left it plugged in overnight. Turns out the battery had just fried from use/time/whatever. I bought this, looked up a tutorial on YouTube, and replaced the battery. Works great! Glad I didn't have to replace the entire laptop. This was a MUCH more cost-effective alternative.

Lasted almost 2 years before having to be replaced again. For the cost it's not bad but I don't want to have to keep replacing my laptop battery. You get what you pay for...

Brought my old Asus Zephyrus M back to life. I have been using Asus Battery Health Charging app to keep charge at 60% most of the time while plugged in constantly, really extends the battery life. If I want to go mobile it's a short charge period to 100% and then I get the expected 3-4 hours of use under most conditions. Manufacturer recommends that once a month you charge to 100 and let it drain fully which does seem to help windows 11 calibrate the battery health.
