Loved it other than my daughter lost it the first week she had it but I bought 4 total for my other 3 kids and they love it!!1

Sorry I purchased thisIt is defective. Touch pad only worked once in a while, if you had enough patience to repeatedly tap it, many times. Forget about attempting to play any games. I received a return label, but was unable to return it. After spending several hours unsuccessfully attempting to delete personal information on it, like bank and credit card information. It took all my will power to not smash it. My finger were hurting from the tapping. I ordered a different brand that worked for my grandson. Did not come in bpurple, the reason I ordered this one, but ordered a purple cover for the new one that should work better then this one.
