I found this to be a great alternative to rather boring tablets. These effervescent tabs make it so refreshing in a drink to relieve stress due to ashwagandha which also helps in aiding sleeping. A better alternative to melatonin also. I can't believe it. Ashwagandha works great for a great sleep without consuming a melatonin.
