I just got a bottle and it is quite watered down. First time using the product. It does lather nicely though.

Q: what ismeant by smelling fresh?

That's a good question. This is a replacement for another product they used to sell and I had purchased for years. I used this new shampoo once and threw it in the trash because I thought it smelled awful.

Q: Does this shampoo work for women too?

Yes. I am an Aveda person so can’t answer by personal experience

This shampoo is for folks with thinning hair. It use to be called thickening shampoo. Believe they changed the name recently
