Truly a great product
I had owned a pair of these binoculars years ago, then gifted them to teenaged relatives. I then used my Pentax binoculars exclusively for a few years before I sold those. Looking to get more powerful binoculars for astronomy, but it became a dream deferred. It was amazing to see that these binoculars are still available. What i love most about them is how ruggedized they are. They are no orchids or daffodils, but armored tanks built to take it. Of course, there is no need to tempt fate by being careless, but when accidents do happen, no problem. Just remember to always use the neck strap because if that pending accident is a fall into water, these rugged binoculars will float! There are other features that impress me. The lens caps are captured, making it convenient protection against losing them. None of my cameras have such and I do not care to recount how many lens caps I needed to replace. Even the eyepiece cover is made to be captured by the neck strap. Great design. No worries for the accessories at all. More binocular companies should be so thoughtful. These binoculars are going to be my go-to pair for both general use and for astronomy, even if I do get more powerful binos for astronomy exclusively. They are relatively light, so no need for lugging out a tripod. Both eyepieces are adjustable focus, not just one.Build quality is superb. These are not flashy, but functional and minimalist in style. My previous pair were more like a military green, but these have a gray housing, more to my liking. The rubber coating is not too soft, so it's easy to grip, even when wet or using with sweaty hands.A firm feel to adjustments (that will stay in place). Scaled markings that would allow a small drop of correction fluid to reference your personal preferences with ease.Imaging is very good for any 7x50, so a tank on the outside that is also an instrument on the inside. Amazing product at quite a reasonable price. Too few models are armored, anyway. Here is a gift suitable at any age that will last for a generation and be well-appreciated. I chose the model without the built-in compass only because I wouldn't ever use it. A technically-minded recipient may find it more interesting, especially with its internal reticle for judging distance or height, though.I bought this used from Amazon resale and saved 36% from the current price from Amazon. Unbelievably, that was only about twice what I had paid on that famous auction site years ago (no one else made a bid). They are just like new. No scrapes, scratches, scuffs or any other signs of wear. Clean. Bagged and bubble-wrapped inside, but without the box. Fresh warranty card to be mailed in. Operation Manual in plastic sleeve. Neck strap in a plastic sleeve. Yes, just like new, even though not described as such.I have no reservations, no detractions. Indeed, truly a great product.Be well.Be safe.

Unbelievable value
I sold my more expensive brand after one day with these. Great build quality and I like the floating strap. They figured out a long time ago that 7x50 is the best all purpose magnification.

Don't let the name fool you these are made in China
decent optics.. clear in the center lot of chromatic nonsense going on on the sides. I think the collimation was pretty spot on since I didn't have a tripod available I can't be as precise about that but it was pretty good . the field of view was nice and wide 7x50 provides a big exit pupil .I was just disappointed that these were made in China and not disclosed anywhere in the ad. I would say these are entry level fujinon if I were to characterize what they actually are. They don't come with a case so you will have to get one I think the view in my Bushnell H2O was just as good for half the price ymmv. If you can mount them on a tripod they're pretty good astronomy binoculars you all know that if you're here looking they are not anywhere the quality in my opinion of the Polaris of course they are nowhere near the cost as well. Just a big bulky package hope this helps.

Great for the money
Great quality, better then expected. Love this brand over others. The make and quality of material seems very high end.
