Indentical torque feel. Needs added hardware.
The clutch is a perfect match to the OEM, in clutch design. But the mounting points for the pump are slots instead in holes. I know this makes it more versatile but slots require a flat washer for integrity to the nut and a small tube of blue loctite in the package would've been great, too. Just a suggestion...

Disappointed with the warranty provided
Installed this part 3/2022 and it worked well.Parked the truck for 6 weeks due to shoulder surgery and after I was able to drive it again started to have temp control problems.Diagnosed the fan clutch not locking up at high temperatures.Called the manufacturer (Hayden) and was told that Amazon carried the warranty on the part (Hayden parts normally carry a 3 year warranty) and only then found out that Amazon only warrantied the part for 30 days after purchase.Could have spent $15 more and bought locally with a LIFETIME warranty.VERY DISAPPOINTED! BUYER BEWARE on a deal like this!

Perfect fit on 2002 Nissan Frontier 4Cyl.
Took about 20 minutes to install. Perfect fit on 2002 Nissan Frontier with 4 cylinder engine. You can hear the fan working compared to the worn out old one. Worth the time if you have an airflow issue or just haven't replaced the clutch in a few years.

It seem to work like a hose.
I bought and install this clutch with no problems. It works great. It does have the slot mounts instead of the holes on the stock. No vibration and engages good. Had it for a couple weeks in the heat of Texas summer and works great, what else can you say.

Good fan clutch
I had a Beck Arnley on my truck and it did a great job. But it died during a Phoenix summer (which is pretty hot). I replaced with this Hayden and it is holding up very well. Truck doesn't overheat on idle. The quality is good and well worth the price.

Stay Away! DOA!
Product was DOA. Typically a fan clutch requires a small bit of time to perfectly quiet down and operate correctly. Even after an extended breaking in period my truck still sounds like a 747 taking off. Additionally the mounting points for the bolts which attach this fan clutch to the water pump are slots and not holes as on the OEM version. Stay away.
